Chant 10356 Pneumatic Component Test Stand

Chant Engineering 10356 Pneumatic Component Test Stand is used to test aircraft hydraulic and pneumatic components such as engine-drive hydraulic pumps, electro-hydraulic flight control assemblies, double acting hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic and hydraulic relief valves, hydro-pneumatic accumulators and other components.

Pneumatic Component Test Stand is used to test aircraft hydraulic and pneumatic components such as engine-drive hydraulic pumps, electro-hydraulic flight control assemblies, double acting hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic and hydraulic relief valves, hydro-pneumatic accumulators and other components.

The Test Stand Console consists of a 40” wide test bench with two digital display meters, an enclosed test sink area with Dynamic and Static Test circuits, and a high pressure Pneumatic Test circuit. Located along the front panel of the console are all the necessary controls to start the hydraulic pump and to control the pressures and flows to all of the test ports. The digital meters display flow and AC Volts. Also located on the console are analog pressure and temperature gauges to measure the parameters of the Unit Under Test (UUT).

The hydraulic power supply consists of a 27 GPM, 5000 Psi hydraulic pump driven by a 100 HP electric motor. The oil (designed for MIL-H-83282 or MIL-H-5606) is supplied from the 80 gallon Main Reservoir tank. The reservoir, the pump, valves, filters, flow meter and heat exchanger are all contained in one common area within the enclosure and can be accessed from the various access doors.

Test ports are located within the enclosed sink area and are used to connect the hydraulic or pneumatic systems which are used to test the integrity and functionality of the UUT.
