CC40T Chain Cutter

The Talurit® CC40T chain cutter is designed for heavy use and is equipped with a solid stainless steel cover. It is designed to cut chains with pinch-ended cuts. The chain cutter is CE-marked.

The cutter is hydraulically operated with a maximum pressure of 700 bar. It cuts chains up to Ø 22, grade 8 (max hardness 44 HRC). Shears are easy to change.

CC40T is easy to use. Just place the chain in the groove, between the shears. Close the protection cover and start cutting. When using the HAGG 2,2/700-CC together with the CC40T the shears open automatically when releaseing the foot pedal after the cutting is done.

LK 40 Cutting Machine

The Talurit® LK 40 hydraulic shear cutting machine is ideal for cutting wire rope in a safe and clean way. This machine is designed for efficiency and is very economically priced.

The open design allows for quick and easy insertion resulting in speedy operation. Equipped with an auto switch the motor stops automatically after the cutting operation. The machines are easily started again by pressing the foot pedal. This ‘green’ measure saves valuable resources and allows for a quieter work environment.

AV 30 Annealing Machine

The Talurit® AV 30 cutting system is the ideal tool for shaping any type of tapered wire rope end. Heat is generated where the cut is to be made, which is done by applying electrical current. Using the wheels and handles when the wire rope is heated sufficiently, the machine operator is pulling and twisting the wire rope to form the desired ending. The foot control allows the user to apply heat maintaining a good overview of the cutting process. 

The AV 30 has a capacity to anneal wire rope up to 30 mm diameter. It is recommended to connect the annealing machine to a ventilation system for efficient exhaust of the smoke. The machine is able to be delivered with wheels.

The Talurit® 40 Ton Swager with its single pillar design is the markets most versatile swager of its size and can be used either vertically, horizontally and even upside down. It can also be operated manually or with an electro hydraulic power unit.

It is compatible with a number of options such as stabilizing plates, adjustable tilted stand and handle. This machine is an excellent choice to bring with you in the field.

The Talurit® 250 Ton Swager is a machine with a well-proven track record. It is equipped with a powerful two-stage hydraulic unit and has a safe design according to proven standards. The operation of the machine is extremely easy since an electrical foot pedal permits the operator to use both hands when swaging.

The swager body is manufactured from one single block construction that ensures strength, long service life and a minimum of maintenance.

This press machine is a small medium-sized swager, designed for convenient long-hour swaging operations suitable for both Flemish Eye, turnbacks and swage terminals. The machine generates a low sound during the swaging process, which contributes to an operator friendly working station. The smart foot pedal control allows the operator to use both hands when concentrating on the swaging procedure.
