We offer a wide range of powerful swagers and swaging machines for the wire rope industry.

Our range of swagers and wire rope press machines have a capacity ranging from 22 tons to 4200 tons. This enables us to swage aluminum ferrules for nominal wire rope with a diameter of up to 6-1/4” and 6” flemish eye sleeves. Our swaging machines are designed for safe and efficient mechanical splicing/swaging of steel wire ropes with various types of end fittings. We offer small, flexible swagers that can be used either vertically or horizontally, with many options available to offer a wide spectrum of possibilities in both use and operation ergonomics. Our medium swagers can easily be customized by adding unique features like special die holders. Our large swagers are intelligently engineered to achieve a compact design, allowing for little space requirement and making the machine easy to operate. We also provide rigging devices to assist in the process of forming turnback terminations, as well as accessories for swagers and swaging tools, including everything from die racks for easy storage to die holders, lifting tables, and grease for easy use of dies and in splicing processes.

Our swagers are solid, safe, and adjustable. We use the latest techniques in engineering to ensure that our manufacturing processes are of the highest quality standard while maintaining cost-effectiveness and the highest possible safety level. Our key components are fully traceable with batch numbers to material certificates and quality inspections.

SMALL SWAGING MACHINES

Is your company looking for a small bench swager or a portable one? Each model of our small swagers offers unique advantages such as portability, easy usage in narrow spaces, and lightness for fieldwork. Our swagers also feature an open design that allows access to the die set swaging area, energy-saving functions with a timer, and the ability to pre-set pressure limits with a pressure gauge. They are equipped with built-in air coolers for cooling down the hydraulic oil. Our small swagers are powerful, adaptable, and easy to customize.

MEDIUM SWAGING MACHINES

Our range of medium swagers is powerful and includes different designs to suit various swaging operations. We have swagers with a compact design that are ideal for long-hour operations. We also have swagers with an open construction that allow easy access to space-consuming swaging procedures. Our swagers have the capacity for Flemish Eye as well as for turnback and swage terminals. We offer features such as the T-panel and oil cooler, and our swagers are low-oil consuming. All of these features contribute to a reliable and solid press machine designed to save time and unnecessary movements for the operator. Therefore, it promotes an ergonomic work environment.
