Chant Model 9342-01 is a F-15K Servo Valve Test Stand designed to test 3 and 4-way electro-hydraulic and proportional valves. This unit allows the operator to test in fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes.
F-15 Speed Calibrati0n Test Stand
The Chant Model 8543-01 Speed Calibration Test Stand is one of our latest state of the art test stands USAF (NSN 4920-01-460-0332). The test stand is capable of dynamically verifying the F-15 Secondary Power Systems (SPS) switches and governors P/N’s 367119-2, 367036-3 and 367036-5. The test stand will operate switch assemblies up to 12,000 RPM and indicate switch actuation within specified ranges. If the switch actuates outside the specified range, a fault is indicated.
Fatigue, Cycle & Static Shaft Test STand
Chant Model 8368-01 is a Fatigue, Cycle & Static Shaft Test Stand designed to perform dynamic and static testing of USAF B1-B power take-off (PTO) shafts. The shafts are being tested for functional integrity. One test dynamically fatigues the shaft at 12,000 RPM and one test is for the static torque.

Nozzle Actuator Test Stand

The test stand consists of a 2,000 gallon jet fuel tank along with the necessary valves, pumps, manifolds and operator controls.

Helicopter Cargo hook Test Stand
Chant’s Model 31312 Cargo Hook Test Stand is designed to load and electrically test UH-60 Blackhawk Cargo Hooks NSN 4030-01-109-3024, 4030-01-271-6239, 4030-01-176-9353, 4030-01-238-4394 and 4030-01-456-4792. A hydraulic actuator produces all required loads between 500 lbs. and 20,000 lbs. A structure that captures the trunnion mounts of the Cargo Hook is mounted to the end of the actuator rod. The deadweight system produces the low loads of 25 lbs. and 100 lbs. The test stand is fully automatic controlled via operator touchscreen with Chant LabView based control and data acquisition software.

The Chant Model 9658-01 Universal Hydraulic Test Stand is used for testing various relief valves, cylinders, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, selector valve assemblies and hoses. The Test Stand is comprised of a test stand console, Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), chiller unit, dynamometer lubrication unit, motor control center and a remote PLC. This test stand has three separate hydraulic circuits of 0-60 GPM, 0-20 GPM and 0-60 GPM. Max operating pressure is 5,000 psi with 10,000 psi static air.

UNIVERSAL HYDRAULIC Test Stand
Chant’s Model 97371008 Universal Hydraulic Test Stand is designed to test aircraft control components.
Located along the panel of the console are all the necessary controls to start the multiple hydraulic pumps and control pressures and flows to all the ports.
The unit features a wide test bench, two monitors and CPU, splashguard, high variable speed drive and a test sink with pressure and return test ports, DC power connection, temperature control and sump.
F-16 Servo Valve TEST STAND
Chant’s Model 8931-01 F-16 Servo Valve Test Stand when connected to an external hydraulic power sources (5,000 psi, 2 gpm) is designed to test and record characteristics of 3 and 4-way electro-hydraulic servo valves.
This test stand can perform the following tests: proof pressure, external leakage, no-load flow pot, linearity, symmetry, hysteresis, overlap and internal leakage.
Servo-Linear Component Test Stand
Chant’s Model 30387 Servo-Linear Component Test Stand includes a Rotating Component Test Station, Pump Control and Distribution Manifold with custom Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU).
This system tests a multitude of aircraft hydraulic components, such as: hydraulic servo actuators, mainifolds, accumulators, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors and integrated hydraulic power units.
Hoist Test Stand
Chant’s Model 9857-01 Hoist Test Stand is designed to perform hoist test, accumulate test data and provide documentation for tracking history of the hoist being tested. The test stand is capable of operating a hoist while applying the required loads to the host and varying the input voltage level as specified by the DMWR. the electric DC motor of the MLRS/HIMARS system is used to test both models of the hoist.
M88A2 Hercules Advance Unit Test Stand
Chant’s Model 9730-02 Advance Unit Test Stand is designed to test the M88A2 Hercules Armored Recovery Vehicle. It is used to test new and rebuilt advance units for the Hercules and 1790 engines.
The advance units are part of the fuel injector pump on the engines. This unit is designed to perform continuous production line testing of advance units.
UNIVERSAL Operation & Maintenance (O&M) HYDRAULIC Test Stand
Chant’s Model 10947-01 Universal Operation (O&M) and Maintenance Hydraulic Test Stand is used to bench test, repair and troubleshoot all family M109 Paladin hydraulic components as well as other hydraulic components. It will test any component that can use the same hydraulic fluid and has requirements that are within the capabilities of the test stand.

UNIVERSAL HYDRAULIC Test Stand
Chant’s Model 10228 Universal Hydraulic Test Stand is used to bench test, repair and troubleshoot all LAV family of vehicles, such as: MK-48, MK-17, AAV and the M-88 Hercules hydraulic components.
Tri-Axial Servo Hydraulic Testing Machine
The Chant Model 828901 is a large servo-hydraulic testing machine. This is one of the worlds largest machines used to structurally test 8 ft. x 24 ft. sections of ships hulls. The physical size of the machine is approximately 40 ft. long x 25 ft. wide x 15 ft. tall.
In use, this machine uses a Chant Engineering designed real-time computer controlled servo-hydraulic system to simultaneously push and pull steel hull sections with up to 5 millions lbs. of force longitudinally, 1.2 million lbs. of force laterally and 700,000 lbs. from below. All individual actuator forces and displacements are controlled by and displayed on the computer. The specimens are strain gauged by the user and the results displayed on a separate computer. All controls are in a soundproof operator control room.
Integrated Lower Control Actuator Test Stand
The Chant Engineering Model 11806-1 Integrated Lower Control Actuator (ILCA) Test Stand is used to bench test, repair and troubleshoot CH47 control actuators, specifically the ILCA (pitch, roll, yaw) P/N 145H7300-20,25,31, the ILCA (thrust) P/N 145H7300-12,26 as well as the extensible link P/N 1457350. This test stand is capable of performing all tests specified by the DMWR 1-1650-397. This test stand is fully automatic operated from a single touchscreen computer.
Cargo Hook Actuator Cylinder Test Stand
The Chant Engineering Model 11806-2 Cargo Hook Actuator Cylinder Test Stand is used to test the Cargo Hook Actuator Cylinder with MIL-PRF-83282 hydraulic fluid and Nitrogen gas in accordance with the required specifications.
The Test Stand consists of three major components: test table, control console and hydraulic & nitrogen skid with electrical panel. The test table is the part of the test stand that houses the UUT (units under test). The test enclosure area is where the operator places the UUT and attaches hoses to the ports on the UUT and makes the electrical connection of the solenoid. The test enclosure is enclosed by a steel guard with polycarbonate windows for operator safety.
Blade Lag Shock Absorber Actuator Test Stand
The Chant Engineering Model 11806-3 Blade Lag Shock Absorber Test
Stand is used to bench test, repair and troubleshoot CH47 blade dampers, specifically Blade Lag P/N 114H6800-11 and 114H6800-2. This test stand is capable of performing all tests specified by DMWR 55-1650-166. This test stand is full automatic run from a single operator’s control touch screen computer.
Hydraulic Test stands
The Chant model 11037 Test Stand is used to manually test F-18 Aircraft pumps and motors as well as other aircraft hydraulic components. The unit consists of five major components: the test console, the electrical enclosure, the control console, the drive enclosure and the hydraulic skid.

Pylon Control Actuator Test Stand
The Chant Engineering Model 11041-01 Pylon Control Actuator Test Stand is used for testing the Pylon Control Actuator (PCA) on the V-22 aircraft. This test stand consists of (3) major physical components: the Test Console, the HPU Console and the Test Frame.
The Test Console includes a 60” wide test bench with a 19” touchscreen monitor, CPU and Main Electrical Enclosure. Located on the touchscreen and along the front panel of the console are all the necessary controls to start the hydraulic pump and control outputs such as voltage, current, frequency, and hydraulic pressure. Displayed on the monitor are all pressures, flows, speeds, voltages, currents, frequencies and temperatures in order to accurately measure parameters of the PCA.
The HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) Console has a 3-stage hydraulic pump driven by a 150hp. One pump is used to deliver fluid to the load actuators on the test frame. One pump is used to deliver fluid to the PCA and the third pump is used for circulation purposes in order to control temperature. The reservoir, the pumps, valves, filters, heater and heat exchanger are all contained in one common sheet metal enclosure that is designed to operate in weather conditions.
Diesel Test stands
The Chant Model 11594 Diesel Fuel Pump Injector Test Stand is used for testing diesel pumps and injectors. It consists of (4) major physical components: the Test Stand, the Cambox, the Single Pump Measurement Cart and the Multi-Pump Measurement Cart.
The Test Stand is designed to test diesel pumps and injectors by providing the specified pump stroke rate, lift distance, fuel pressure and number of strokes to the pump and then measuring the volume of fuel that is produced by the pump through the injector in order to see if it meets the expected range. The unit is controlled via industrial touchscreen operator interface and has complete test data acquisition.
The pump stroke rate is a result of the rotational speed of the main drive on the test stand. The test stand drive consists of a 60 hp motor that is connected to a Variable Frequency Drive. The drive is connected to a cambox for driving a single pump at speeds up to 800 rpm. The drive can also be used without a cambox to drive multiple cylinder pumps at one time without a cambox (at speeds up to 3000 rpm). The cambox will take rotational movement of the drive and translate it to a linear vertical stroke that actuates the pump being tested.
FUEL COMPONENT TEST STAND
The Chant Test Stand model 30499 is designed to test Fuel Accessories of TF34 & F404 engines. It can also be used to test any other fuel components which can fit within the hydraulic and electrical capacity of the test stand. It is designed to use fluid supplied by external Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) which in this case is a centralized fluid supply and return system in the building. Because of the fluid properties which are hazardous in nature, this test stand is designed and rated for Hazardous area classified per ClassI, Division-II.
Hydraulic Component Test stand
Chant Model 30511 Hydraulic Component Test Stand (HCTS) is two operator stations powered by one central hydraulic power unit with heating and cooling equipment. Test stations are independently controlled for testing operations. This test stand is used for testing hydraulic valves, high-flow and low-flow relief valves, hydraulic actuators, motors, accumulators, flow control valves, and miscellaneous other hydraulic or hydro-pneumatic components used by the Navy.
DAMPER CYLINDER TEST STAND
The Chant Model 30821-01 Damper Cylinder Test Stand is used to test F-18 Lateral Hook Dampers. This unit includes the Test Cart where the UUT’s are tested as well as a 50 Horsepower Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) to supply the Test Cart and ultimately the UUT with hydraulics. This Test stand is touchscreen controlled using the latest Chant LabView based software with full test data acquisition.
NOSE WHEEL STEERING ASSEMBLY TEST STAND UPGRADE KIT
The Chant Model 30787-01 Test Stand is used to test E-2A Nose Wheel Steering Unit. This Test Stand includes the Test Cart where the UUT’s are tested as well as a 50 Horsepower Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) to supply the Test Cart and ultimately the UUT with hydraulics. This Test stand is touchscreen controlled using the latest Chant LabView based software with full test data acquisition.
Hydraulic Test stands
The Chant model 30135 Test Stand is used to test Navy submarine hydraulic components. It consists of a single Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) and two test stations. This test stand is automatically controlled via Chant LabView based test stand software. The HPU has a single electric 300 HP motor that drives two hydraulic pumps. Each hydraulic pump is capable of operating at up to 60 GPM at 5,000 psi and 48 GPM at 6500 psi.

Diesel Engine Driven Portable Hydraulic Test Cart
Chant’s Model 10008 Diesel Engine Driven Portable Hydraulic Test Cart is designed with a two-system hydraulic pumping unit to check the operation and performance of aircraft hydraulic systems.
It is a portable and self-contained unit, which provides functional testing on the aircraft.
Nitrogen service carts

Chant’s Nitrogen Service Units are manufactured using a structural steel frame suitable to hold the required components. Carts have provisions for the accumulation, containment, and dispensing of nitrogen (‘gas’) at pressures up to 3,500 psi. Nitrogen is dispensed into aircraft and aircraft support equipment, or used to pressurize those items.
Each unit has six nitrogen bottles having a capacity of 340 cu ft of nitrogen.
Oil Transfer System (OTS)/fill & Bleed Unit
